Google Ads = One-Time Setup/Restructure Fee of $450 Total + $450/Month
The monthly fees do not include Pay-Per-Click fees. The client is responsible for funding the search engines and social media sites directly for all associated PPC fees, which simply requires putting a credit card on file with Google. The client’s recommended monthly budget will be determined per location based on competition and desired outcomes.
For call and form tracking, the client will be responsible for paying CallRail directly for all associated fees. Each dealer will be consulted on which CallRail program makes the most sense for their marketing needs. Once signed up with our guidance, OMS will take care of the onboarding process and set up tracking numbers for each marketing channel needing tracking.
Terms and Conditions
- Late payments may cause temporary project suspension. Monthly fees for services will continue in perpetuity unless earlier terminated pursuant to the applicable provisions of Section 10 in our Professional Services Agreement.
- Link Development (*): Each month, the OMS campaign manager will focus on what is needed at any given time to enhance SEO results for the website. Some months may be more link development focused, while other months may be purely focused on content, GBP optimization, or citation building. This flexibility will allow your campaign manager to continue to amplify results for your SEO program and will help ensure that you realize a higher ROI.
- Use of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”): The Company shall utilize AI in content creation as stipulated in the Scope of Work and in accordance with the Client’s requirements. Such utilization shall be in compliance with existing industry standards and guidelines. The Parties acknowledge that AI-generated content is currently accepted by major search engines such as Google. However, the Parties recognize that search engines reserve the right to change their policies, guidelines, or stances with respect to AI content at their sole discretion. Any changes to search engine policies concerning AI-generated content may directly impact content rankings. The Client acknowledges that such changes are beyond the control of the Company and may affect the results of the Services provided. The Company shall exert reasonable efforts to monitor relevant changes to search engine policies and to adapt its content creation strategies as necessary. The Client agrees to cooperate with the Company in implementing any required adjustments.
- Call Tracking: Online Marketing Standard will help each dealer set up their own CallRail call and form tracking account and set up tracking for each digital marketing channel being tracked. Each dealer is responsible for funding CallRail directly for all associated fees.
- Call Tracking will include up to 5 local phone lines and up to 250 minutes/month. Call tracking overages are not included in pricing. Additional numbers: $3 local / $5 toll-free. Additional minutes: $.05/Minute local, $.08/Minute toll-free.
- The client is responsible for funding the search engines directly for all pay-per-click fees.
- Client reserves the right to cancel services after 120 days from campaign start date via 30 days advance written notice of cancellation for the initial one (1) year term.
- Except as otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Statement of Work, this Statement of Work will have an initial term of one year (the “Initial Term”) and will thereafter automatically renew for successive one (1) year renewal terms (each, a “Renewal Term” and, together with the Initial Term, the “Term”) upon expiration thereof, unless either Party provides at least thirty (30) days advance written notice (which may be by email) of non-renewal prior to the expiration of the Term.
Assumptions
- The OMS team will be given access to all analytics and technical tools (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Ads) for data analysis and measurement purposes
- The OMS team will be provided with any content collateral necessary to carry out campaigns, such as fresh content, imagery or video material that may fall outside of our scope of work
- The OMS team will have access to key decision-makers during normal working hours to ensure timely turnaround on initiatives and programs.
- Policy for Draft Materials and Proofs: Please provide feedback or approval within 5 business days. Materials will be deemed “approved” if no response is received within this notice period.
